The name change reflects the sale of the business and change of ownership to Barry R. Haas, a New York-based private investor.

Based in Berlin, Reet is a long-standing industrial components supplier that has been serving customers since 1980. The company specializes in providing high-quality solenoid valves, pumps, and pressure transducers, along with a full range of instrumentation, fittings, manifolds, and custom assemblies. With decades of experience and a strong focus on precision and reliability, Reet principally supports the Medical Devices and Test & Measurement industries that depend on efficient and durable fluid-handling and sensor integration solutions. The sale comes soon after Reet's hiring of Kenneth W. Dutil, who will serve as the new Managing Director of Reet Precision. Ken brings over 35 years of experience in engineering leadership and application support to fluid-handling technologies, sensor integration, product development and system-level design.
